Well pokerus is very good indeed. It becomes easier for your pokemon's stats to increase, making it stronger and more effective in battle. Pokerus goes away after a couple of days or less.

PKRS = Pok�Rus. It's a virus that Pok�mon get. It's a good virus, though. It helps promote EV Growth on Pok�mon, which is useful in increasing their strength.

I believe pkrs stands for Pokemon virus which helps promote a stronger pokemon.
