If you migrate Pokemon to diamond does it lvl up faster like when you trade if it does
Does the speed double each time you trade?

Yes and no. Yes it counts as being traded when you migrate. The increase of exp when you trade is 1.5 time normal. Once it gets the boost it doesnt matter how many times it's traded it stays the same. I suggest combining the boost of exp from a trade with the effect of the lucky egg (also increase exp 1.5x) to raise your pokemons levels fast.
Be wary to make sure you fill up the EVs for that Pokemon though, otherwise it is just wasted potential stat points.

When you get a Pokemon from a trade that has a different OT, and ID on it, they will get boosted experience.

Hope the Pokemon being traded has a lucky egg or hope that it has some kind of double the exp item.
