Where do you get the hm waterfall I need it to beet the game plz help

To get the HM waterfall, You talk to Jasmine on the beach front in Sunyshore City. I hoped this helped. By the way if you have played the previous game boy color games before you will notice the Jasmine is from gold and silver version.

First beat the Sunnyshore Gym Leader and then go to the bit of sand in Sunnyshore City. There is a girl Called Jasmine there. She'll give you the HM.

You have to beat the 8th gym in suny shore act like your going to the elite 4 talk to jasmine a gym leader from jonto and she will give it to you then go to the elite four a kick buttox

To get Waterfall, you have to go north of Sunyshore and talk to Jasmine, who's also the 6th Gym Leader from Silver, Gold, and Chrystal. But you first have to beat Volkner, the 8th Gym Leader.
