The only way to get to that entracne is to catch all the unknown and then go to the ruin maniac his cave will b realy long. And you get to catch the ! And the ? Unknoun pokemon

To get to that entrance you need to catch every single unknown there is from A-Z including these unknowns "!" "?" I hoped this helped.

There's only one way, without hacking, to be able to get through that door. You have to use the path that someone makes through a certain cave when you catch every Unknown. When done so, the cave will be completed. You then are able to go through that second door of Soleceon Ruins.

You have to get all the Uknowns from A-Z.Then go to the Ruin Maniac.

You need to get all the uknowns from A to Z then tada but all thats up thare is a note on the wall and maybe an item...

there is a possible way :outside veilstone up to those mounain like there is a cave there go inside there is a maniac something talk to him and go out the cave and wait sometime the maniac finish the cave go inside and near the end there is a out way go there you are now on top of the entrance!!!!!!!!!!

You get to the top one when you have caught the entire alphabet of unown and you unlock the end of the solocean ruins on route 214 where the ruin maniac is and he says he can dig through the tunnel as fast as you can catch the whole alphabet. Once you have caught all of them then the cave where he is will be dug out and can walkthrough it to the end of the top entrance.
