Lol none of them do. Its not in the sinnoh dex. The best way I can suggest to see one is through the gts. Keep on looking at what dusclops people are putting up and if any of them are holding the reaper cloth do the trade as fast as you can.... It's either that or do the very same thing with a friend who has the same game.

There is no way to get Dusknoir, unless you get him through a trade.

There's not a single trainer in Sinnoh that has one. The only way you can get Dusknoir, without hacking, is by first getting the National Pokedex. You then have to evolve a Dusclops by giving it the Reaper Cloth, then trading it.

To see a Dusknoir yo uhave to get the nation pokedex and training your duskull into a dusknoir. Another way is by obtaining it through GTS. I hoped this helped.
