Maxed out pokemon in boxes.
When you see a cheat for maxed out Pokemon, do they all get ruined when you put them in boxes in you PC, or is it only the ones that say so? If so is there a way to stop it?

No all the pokemons stats get messed up. It doesnt matter what pokemon.
