How can I get a darkrai that learn the signature move of diagia and palkia?is there an ar code for it?

You must mean the event Darkrai. There are only 3 ways to get it.
1.Use pokesav (pokesav info on google)
2.could of gone to event which took place I'm may so you missed it...
3.get it from a friend
