To make Pokemon codes you have to download a program called PokeSav. You can download it and see a guide here: http://www.pokesav.org/main/

Pokesav Is What I use Its a safe program (for me anyway) You can go to Google and type in Pokesav and download it there

Google pokesav. This is what most people use. Then you imput the code into an ActionReplay...Which google should also help expain
