Is there another way to find Lumineon other than having to catch finneon and evolving it or catching it in the wild??? I would really like it if I could fight a trainer to add it to my pokedex

On the route from sunnyshore city to victory road, there is a trainer with a lumineon.

You can try using an AR code but you can catch a finneon and it'lll evolve into Luminneon at level 31. That's what I'm doing right now!

You can catch lumion on route 205,218, 219, 221 and in canalave city using the super rod

I just found a Lumineon at level 34 on route 220 fishing with a super rod while surfing on my Gyarados.

Use a catch trainers cheat lol go to that fisher man there talking about and catch it (works for me lol)
