how 2 get a evee & the evoulutions of evee
Could someone tell me how 2 get a evee without the national dex or beating the game??? Of so were!!!!!

Sorry to tell you this, gcory. You have to get the National Pokedex to be able to get Eevee. Once done so, you can recieve an Eevee from Bebe in the building that's to the right of the Pokemon Center in Hearthome City.
