Getting my national dex

Hi, I want to complete my pokedex so I can challange the elite four with my super team from Pokemon emerald. I am having trouble finding some of the Pokemon is sinnoh. I don't want to face the elite 4 to get the national dex, but if need be I will. The Pokemon I am having trouble finding are:

Both links are very usefull when it comes to completing your Pokedex.

I do know that 3 is torterra (3rd stage of Turtwig)
I don't remember the rest off the top of my head but you must beat the Elite Four to finish the Sinnoh Dex. They have some Pokemon like Spiritomb that you can not find really easily without being online and on WiFi. Sorry,
