I think crazy joe has give you a dud code that has affected your action replay so my advice is don't enter codes that some one gives you and that dosent just go for you it goes for everyone so unless it has been verified by someone don't enter them
This Crazy Joey probably won't find this. To answer your first question, when you use the Arceus Event code, Arceus will be at the very top of Mt. Coronet. When you get the Azure Flute, go to the top of Mt. Coronet, and it will start sounding. Thus, it makes a magical staircase appear. Arceus is at the top of that. They will be at level 80. So watch out! To answer your second question, you can get the 493 masterballs when you use the so called Pokemon Modifier AR code. When given those 493 masterballs, you can toss a certain number of them to encounter any Pokemon anywhere in the wild. You have to hold L (or R, I forgot) to be able to do this. For example, you can toss 490 masterballs to be able to encounter Venusaur in the wild. A simple math problem to explain this would be: 493 - 490 = 3; I'm sure you know that Venusaur is number 3 of the National Pokedex.
Hope this helps,
Sk8rboy
