I got my difloom (nt 2 sure if thats rite) of a friend bt I want 2 get it myself because I have the shiny cheat on were is it and how do I find it plz help

It is in front of the Valley Windworks every friday morning to noon. The Valley Windworks is located in Floroma Town, north to Jublife City.

Go to Valley Windworks on Friday at any time and it will be in front of the building.

Ok...You can find a Drifloon at the entrace of Valley Windworks every Friday. Do not go into the grass for this. Drifloon will literally be in front of the entrace of the building. You have plenty of changes to catch Drifloon. You are able to find them every Friday at that same spot.
