Unfortunatly there is no real way to check EVs on a Pokemon which have been just randomly training. The only way to really check requires deleting all the EV point in a particular stat. This is done by the berries which say lowers base Speed/attack etc... And increases happiness. Using the berries until it says has no effect will tell you how many EVs were in the stat. Each berry removes 10 EVs so do a bit of math. I suggest removing EVs using these berries from the unwanted stats and then just pack EVs into the desired stats. You can tell when they are full by talking to the lady in sunyshore city, she is in the building with the pokeball seals, she stands to the left. If you achieve an effort ribbon then you have full EVs. Keep in mind EVs are only of any use as long as the Pokemon is below level 100.
