Umm...You must have posted you question in the wrong game. There isn't a Wish Cave anywhere in Diamond or Pearl. There is a Wish Cave in Mystery Dungeon Red & Blue Rescue Team though.

Wish cave? I have never heard of this on Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. You probably got this mixed up with another game unfortunately. ~Twilight_Sasuke~

The Wish Cave is not in Pokemon Diamond or Pearl. I think it's in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. You must have got it mixed up. But there is a Turnback Cave in Diamond though. You need to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex. Then go south of Veilstone City.
