You can't make them shiney only find them in the wild if you are lucky or use an action replay.

There actually is an AR code that makes wild Pokemon shiny. Once you catch a Pokemon while using the cheat, they will stay shiny even if you turn off the cheat.

They appear randomly in the wild, it's a glitch and only happens very rarely. Alterantiveley, you could use an Action Replay to code to make them appear. Either way, they don't really mean anything and it's just a glitch, although they do look pretty good.

Well to find a shiny Pokemon in the wild, that is a 1 - 1,000,000 chance to find one. An easier way or shall I say the easiest way is to use a action replay to make shiny pokemon. I hoped this helped.
