i want a manaphy
Were do I get manaphy it's the only Pokemon I need 2 get and it's pre evoled form is lv 99 n I used 10 of all the stat incresses things plz help

To get Manaphy, you must finish the Manaphy mission on Pokemon Ranger at the end of the game. Once you beat the mission, you will be able to transfer the Manaphy egg to Pokemon Diamond or Pearl from Ranger.

There are only two ways on obtaining a manaphy. 1. By trading the egg you receive on the pokeon ranger game.
2. Well the other way is to cheat by meaning using a action replay.

Finish the Manaphy mission in the Ranger Net on Pokemon Ranger 1. Then transfer the Manaphy Egg over.(You need two DS's to do so) Then talk to a guy in green(He is in any pokemart) And you have the egg.(You need one empty space for the egg though) Then hatch the egg.
Or you could get it from a friend, or you can use an AR.
