I have gotten through the mountain and the person took the rock, but I don't know what to do next. Someone please help me.

If you are on about the bit at the battle tower simply go to the guys house he will say "ok gramps I will take it back" now go on up the mountain again to the point where the rock is now save it before you go in because there is a ledgenary Pokemon in there now and like all of them you only get one shot to catch it so make sure you save before the battle
