My action replay can't enter games and it says 0 I don't know how to fix it help someone

The same thing is happening to my AR it says no game on the AR then I try to put a game on it and it says no free space. Thats crazy, and I tried everything I can think of but nothing will work so I think it can't be fixed! :(

Sorry G I was being to narrow. After that I got the idea, hey I didn't make it so how should I know, I tried everything I thought of instead of doing the obvious! Goin to Yahoo Answers! So I apologise. What you have to do is. A) Put AR into the DS/ DS Lite. B)Hold down the A and B buttons. C)Also hold down the START and SELECT buttons. D)Turn DS on and keep holding the buttons untill, Insert Game Card here screne pops up. There it sould be fixed, plug into the computer and start putting games onto your AR!
