Where is Palkia?

Where is Palkia?
You know the way the road to Sunnyshore City is blocked so how do you get to Sunnyshore City? My friend told me you had to encounter Palkia first but I can't find Palkia. I've searched all I can of Mount Coronet but you need Waterfall so what am I supposed to do?!

Well in Diamond you have to go to Spear pillar so i'd say you have to go there. If you can't find it go talk to Prof.Rowan I can't remember exactly what I did, sorry.

You don't need waterfall you need rockclimb and palkia is at spear pillar!!!!!
