It depends if it is a strong Pokemon with high health points (HP) teach it brave bird. If it has low health points teach it fly.

Well, it really depends on your fighting style. If you want to use a stronger attack, but having the risk on loosing 1/3 of your Pokemon's HP, I'd go with Brave Bird. If you like moves that last two turns, and on the first, your Pokemon can only be hit with a few moves, I'd go with Fly; But I also reccomend Fly more, because of it's outerworld ability. Which you probably already know what that does. Happy choosing!

My answer is both........................ Because Brave Bird's power is 120 and it's accuraccy is 100 but it will hit it self a little or too much but Fly's power is 90 and accuraccy 95. Using Fly is better than Brave Bird if your Pokemon has a low health. But Brave Bird is better than Fly if you saw a fighting, grass, bug type Pokemon higher level than your Staraptor or other Pokemon can learn. So, be happy, have no regrets to do anything wrong, because someone will forgive you, ok? GOOD LUCK!

It kinda matters what your fighting style is if your a K.O kinda guy/girl brave bird is your move you still want fly no matter what.
