No you cannot breed riolu. This is because it falls under the category of baby Pokemon right along with happini, magby, elekid, smoochum etc... And theory is simply that babies cannot breed, but need to grow up first. The only way for a Pokemon to grow up is to evolve. Evolve your riolu into lucario and then it will be able to breed with a rather large variety of pokemon. I like to use ditto because it's almost guarenteed to work.

Sorry, but you must first evolve you Riolu to lucario. Then you can breed it. I suggest you use ditto. Hope you raise a great lucario / lucario's.
