The poketch combany is in jubilife. If you go to the north intersction in jubilife, you need to pass 2 buildings on your left (jubilife TV center and a random building) after that, the building you see is the poketch company

You can find the Poketch Company in Jubilife City. The owner (who gives you the Poketch in the first place) will give you the Memo Pad app first, then he gives you the Marking Map app, then you get the Link Searcher, and after beating all the gyms (i think), you get the Move Tester app. This is really helpful for first-time players as it helps them see what moves are good against what type. Hope this helps.
