Ok I have an ar for diamond and I did it before but I can't use the mining museum the guy says not yet so what am I supposed to do

I think that Action Replay has stuffed your game up or that you haven't gone out of the museum then go back in. If that doesn't help just start a new game with no usage of the action replay. I hoped this helped.
