A good Pokemon with good defence, and not many weaknesses is Torterra. It doesn't have many weaknesses except for bug and ice(they super effect it, but Torterra can do good damage on them).

Rhyperior has incredible attack and defence power and it's ability solid rock makes super effective hits hit half so a water attack thad would do x4 damage would only do x2 damage

Any dragon type is good metagross garchomp I have rhyperior lvl 100 it's attack is 316 and defense is 285 it's real good
