How do you get Darkrai without using anything? Thanks in advance.

You cannot get Darkrai without using a cheating devise. You have to get Darkrai by using the Darkrai event AR code. When you do so, a person in green, in any pokemart will give you the Member's Card. This key item will allow you to go into the locked building in Canalave City. Which is where you can catch Darkrai. They will be at level 40.
