How do you get darkrai because I cannot get into the locked building canalave city where darkrai is

Currently the only way to get Darkrai is by WiFi trading with someone who has one of the special Nintendo event Darkrai, or by using an Action Replay.
To get into the locked building, you need the key or something, which can only be obtained by hacking.
If you want to try obtain a Darkrai by WiFi Training, you can make a topic in the Pokemon Trading forum - http://forums.supercheats.com/forums.php?forum=1791

Lets see........... You can either A. Go to a Nintendo Event and recive the gift item Member's Pass, or B. Hack into the game's coding and make it think you activated the event.
Either way, upon getting the Member's Pass, go up to the Harbor Inn, and enter. The rest, I wont tell you, as it ruins the suprise...
Or you could trade with someone who has done either of these, or C. Got an Event Darkrai off the GTS Event.

To get into the locked building in Canalave City, you must have the event item called the Member's Card, which can be obtained through Nintendo Events, or by using the Darkrai Event Code when using an Action Replay.

You either have to use AR or wait for the nintendo event where you can get the members pass that lets you into the harbour inn at canalave city. Hope this helped. Please rate;)
