Can anyone please help?? I need to know how to catch Azelf and Uxie.

You find Azelf at Lake Valor, after you have fought Dialga/Palkia at Spear Pillar. You need to surf to the middle of the Lake. There will be a small cave. Go inside the cave, and Azelf should be there. Samething with Uxie, only the cave is in the middle of Lake Acuity.

Lets see.... Azelf and Uxie appear in Lake Acuity and Lake Valor after you have captured/defeated Dialga/Palkia. Once you have done that, it is a simple matter of getting to their caverns, whittling their health down, and tossing a high-end Ultra Ball or two at them.

The only way to catch Azelf and Uxie is by facing them after you beat the main game. You will find each of the "Beinging" in each of the 3 lakes of Sinnoh.
