Lets see.... The only way to get a legit Master Ball is either from Cyrus, or by winning the Pokemon Lotto.
Then there are a whole bunch of AR and Gameshark codes which do various things about catching Pokemon...
But, if you have already used your Master Ball, chances are good you wont get another one, as the Lotto requires all the digits to match in the Id numbers.
Ok your not the only one with this problem. So I will answer you question the same way. Master Ball x999
94000130 fcff0000
B21c4d28 00000000
B0000004 00000000
00000f4c 03e70001
D2000000 00000000
Use this code in an action replay to aquire 999 master balls in you pokeball bag. Just press L+R to activate. I did make this code.
Or you can trade and trade till you have a lot of Pokemon you did not catch and try to win the lottery and do the news paper side quest to get master balls legally.
Just to tell you, don't use your master ball on Mesprit Azelf or Uxie. Use it on Cressilia. You get your first one after you defeat Cyrus at the Team galatic location in veilstone. If you want more, go to the Pokemon lottery and hope all the digits match, because if they do, you will recieve a masterball.
