Super rod

Can someone tell me where to find the super rod I want to catch a feebas so it can be a milotic and for the red gyrados .also I need the location of the red gyrados.

There should be a fisher man when you get to the fight area by the entrance to the battle park

Since the first question is answered, I'll get to the second. Red gyarados is basically just a shiny pokemon. There is a shiny form of every single Pokemon there is. You just have a very, very slim chance of finding one, which I believe is 1 in 8100 something but I have heard of others. Luckily, in this game, you can use the pokeradar to chain Pokemon and increase your chances of finding shinies, which doesn't have much to do with your question so I'll stop there.

I got a red Gyarados. I caught a gold Magikarp at Pastoria city. Like sthswmr11 said, there is a 1 in 8100 chance of catching one. I also have a shiny Cascoon. The only other time I've caught a shiny is in Emerald. I caught a Ralt. Freebas is a tough one. He can only be found in the pond at Mt Coronret. The same rules that applied in Emerald/Saphire and Ruby.
