how do i evolve pichi fast with happiness?

How do I evolve pichu fast with happiness cause I heard if you train a pikachu to level 60 something it will be strong when you evolve it into a pichu.

Uh you can try giving it carbos and other stat enhancers while his holding a soothe bell. Oh and massages raise freindship to.
