PKRS

Okay, I just got a Turtwig (FINALLY!!) via GTS, and it has this thing that I don't know about. If you go to his summary screen, you will see his picture, level, and gender. Next to his level, it says PKRS and I want to know what that means. Can someone tell me?

Pkrs stands for pokerus. A disease that is actually good. It allows turtwigto level up faster I'm pretty sure if turtwig is hacked and lvl 100 it wiil be of no use to you. Hope this helps!

Master of Zoni answered:

Pokerus is a disease that affects Pokemon. If a Pokemon has Pokerus, it's EVs will grow at twice the rate. It's like the Macho Brace, minus the loss of Speed. It is possible for other Pokemon to catch it by placing the affected Pokemon in a PC box with the intended targets. After a Pokemon is cured of Pokerus, it can't catch it again.
