This code will give you a Level 47 Palkia in the first slot of your party so put a Pokemon you do not want at the top of you party and press both triggers simultaneously.

There is a code to encounter Palkai/Dialga. The only way you can use it to get Palkia is by playing Pearl. I cannot provide the code sorry. If you put the code on Pearl, you can then trade the Palkia to Diamond.

you have no idea how long it took me to get this to work but u need to HOLD SELECT AND ROAM AROUND IN THE GRASS (NOT WATER BUT GRASS)

The level depends on the area you are in... I caught one that was level 9 and one that was 62 because I was on different routes.

Press L are
To recieve the Pokemon, go to the Mining Museum
In Orberg City and talk to the man at the front
Counter, then he will give you the Pokemon.
NOTE: Will only work AFTER you get the go underground
