How do you beat the battle tower and vs that guy that stole the magma stone from u

First off you don't beet him you go to the survival area and go into every house. then you find the house with him and talk to him. to beat the battle tower you need to beat 49 peoples

Go to the survival area and check in the houses. Buck should be there with his grandfather. There is a scene where he and his grandfather talk about the magma stone, and he heads off to stark mountain. Go there and buck will follow you into the cave, and you have to navigate through until you get to the final room in the end. You need the moves rock smash, rock climb, and strength to get through the cave. You don't battle Buck. You can now go back into stark mountain and go to the final back room, and this time, heatran will be there.
You can get 100 consecutive wins in the battle tower. If you want to beat palmer, win 21 consecutive battles in single only, then when you reach your 49th consecutive win in the tower on single only still, palmer is there again with tougher Pokemon than last time. [his party is heatran, regigigas, and cresselia]

To beat the Battle Tower, go through 21 consecutive battles, and you will have to face the Battle Tower Tycoon. Beat him, and you have beaten the Battle Tower. Now the guy that stole the Magma Stone, you won't be able to battle him. You were only able to battle along side him.
