Green Man
I read that if you enter a pokemart... And see a man in a green shirt he will give you something (member's card, azure flute, a letter from professor oak) but I have not been able to see him.

You can only see him if you have a obtained a mystery gift. You can obtain these at Nintendo Events. The gree man there will deliver it to you once you have recieved it and accepted it in the Mystery Gift Mene on the Start Menu.

Well, you either have to have an action replay (reasonably priced at the Wal-mart off 193rd) like I do, and enter certain codes while walking into the pokemart. OR.... You could find out if any Nintendo Events are going on soon.

You have to go to a nintendo event before he will appear or use an Action Replay code to make him appear with one of those items or others.

The only way you can get these items is if you go to a Nintendo Event, after this the man will give you it, and you will recieve the mystery gift. Ofcourse, you can always use an Action Replay and cheat your way to get the mystery gift.
