Ok...how do i do this?

Ok, I have went through the elite four and all of the other extras (like catching heatran)
But now I have a problem....I don't know how to get Pokemon like Typhlosion. I know how to migrate, but what game would I get for totadile, chikorita, etc.? I don't have a gameshark or anything, so I would have to do it normally...is it even possible?

Yes, but painstakingly hard. I know of three honest ways of getting the Johto starters: First, you need a Gamecube and Pokemon Colosseum, then you need to snag and purify the three Johto Starter middle evolve forms then trade them to a generation III game then breed them with a ditto to get the first evolve form. Another way is to get Pokemon XD (also for the Gamecube) and beat the 100-trainer Mt. Battle challenge on colosseum mode and you get to choose to recieve one of the three Johto Starter pokemon. The last method is to complete the Hoenn PokeDex on Pokemon Emerald then Professor Birch will give you your pick of one of the three Johto Starter pokemon.

You would need to get it from trade from Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver if you want to do it without cheats.
