Is there a way to download Pokemon characters from your pokedex onto the DS game itself?

You probably could if you use an Action Replay but I don't know the code sorry. I hoped that helped.

I'm not quite sure what your asking. I don't think so, however every Pokemon you see in the pokedex is avalible for you to get at some point. hope this helps,
