I have put honey on a total 100 trees, and Heracross has a 10% chance of appearing. So why didn't he show up ten times?

This is all do to the nature of probibility and math. Take, for example shiny Pokemon, which have a 1 in 8,192 chance of appearing but the 8,192nd Pokemon you encounter is not going to be shiny for certain. You may find one before or after that mark, you may find two or three before then. This princple applies in real life as well. If you place 100 marbles in a bag and 10 of them are red and the rest are black then you pick ten out at random you may not get a single red marble or you could get ten red marbles. So all I can tell is that if getting ten Heracrosses is important then take a female heracross(which if your story is true you probably have) and stick it in the daycare with another bug Pokemon and wait until they produce nine eggs.
Goo goo g'joob
