Empoleon, please reply asap
Hi, my brother has a Torterra and is working on filling the pokedex, but needs an empoleon, but we know dawn has it. Where do you find dawn to battle? If this helps, we have found dialga. Please reply asap. Thanks!

If I can remember correctly, you never actually see Dawn use the last form of whatever Pokemon she has. That means that she only uses the second form of the Pokemon. If you go into the Elite Four cave, it's called the Victory Road cave, then you will see several strong trainers in the cave. In the cave, there are some trainers that have Torterra, some that have Infernape, and another trainer that has a Empoleon. You are close to going there.

On my game it's a empoleon and she is on fighting area sometimes but not always. Hope this helps
