Im all set up with the GTS....but I can only get Pokemon that I've see in my pokedex...i can't get the johto starters or Lugia and ho-oh....can someone PLZZZZZZZZZZ HELP.....i really want them....thanks

What is your question? That is how the GTS works. It would be way too easy to get all the Pokemon if you could trade for them all, nintendo would not make as much money. If you want them, you have to see them. Good luck with that. Might I suggest getting an older version such as Fire red and migrating some Pokemon through, that will help you see more pokemon.

The only reason why you can see the Pokemon in there, and you cannot see the Pokemon that you are looking for is because you can only find Pokemon that you have seen before in the Global Trading Station. You cannot find Pokemon in the GTS such as Ho Oh, or like Lugia because you do not have their data registered on your Pokedex. To put it simply, if you want to be able to find those Pokemon in the GTS, then you need to see those Pokemon in the wild, or have them traded to you.
