Hey Everbody,Ive Kinda Hit Some Tough Spots On Pokemon Diamond.Ive Beat The Elite 4 And All And Im 1 Pokemon Away From Filling Up My Pokedex.Its Drifloon Do You Know Where I Can Find 1?Also is it possible to catch manaphy and milotic?if so how?Thanks 4 the help.

You can find him kickin around valley windworks on fridays, he is in sprite form. You wouldnt have had this issue if you had fought all the trainers rather then being lazy in the ghost gym. Forget about manaphy unless you get Pokemon ranger. You can get feebas, he is in a couple random water tiles in mount coronet in the room that is all foggy, it will take a while to find him.

Drifloon can be found only fridays at Valley Windworks so if you want one just change your DS to be friday go there an he will be with the girl. Manaphy cannot be captured in Pokemon Diamond you must transfer him from Pokemon Ranger or you use a Action Replay to find it wild. Milotic cannot be found but Feebas can be found on Mt. Coronet by fishing.

There is only way for you to find the balloon Pokemon knows as Drifloon. First off, you can only find Drifloon on Friday. No other day except Friday. When it is Friday, go look in front of the Valley Windworks building and you should see Drifloon. You can find the Valley Windworks building est of Floaroma Town and east of a bridge. So go there, and a level 28 Drifloon will be outside the building, on a Friday.

Oh crap, I'm sorry about not answering your last two questions. I saw them and planned on answering them, but I accidentally forgot all about the last two questions. Sorry, I'll answer them now.
You can capture Manaphy by transferring him over from Pokemon Ranger game, or by using an Action Replay DS. You could also just trade with someone that has one. In order to catch a Milotic, you will first need to catch a Feebas. You can find a Feebas in Mount Coronet by fishing with a Super Rod. After you catch it, raise it's beauty level to the maximum amount by feeding him a lot of poffins. After you do this, he will evolve into a Miltoic.

You can find a drifloon every Friday in front of the Valley Windworks.
Manaphy is only obtained if you transfer the egg over from a Pokemon ranger game.
Milotic can be obtained if you use the super rod in Mt. Coronet and try to catch a Feebas, which you can then level up to evolve into Milotic, otherwise it cannot be freely obtained in the wild.
