What does double post mean?
I went to the tm list cheat-is-good gave me, and I need TM earthquake, so I did what it said but when it said go over the three small hills then go up and left, I don't get what he means, I went over the three same hills, but after that I went up than left but, I hit a boulder, can you help?

Double post means that you post 2 posts in a row on a forum which annoys people for a reason I don't know. If you mean Pokemon diamond then go to that place and use the dowsing machine which is screen 7 in the poketch and it will tell you where invisible items are.

Double posting is posting two times in a row on the forums. It basically means that right after you post something, you post again. Its against the rules because a lot of spammers do this, and it generally makes the thread look bad. So, yeah, please do not double post. Look around that area, use the Dowsing Machine like The John suggested, you should find it there. If not, then just search around the area.
