No, I am sorry to say this to you, but it seems that making an Action Replay code that will give you all eight of the gym badges is impossible for anyone to do. To be honest though, I do not really think that you, or anyone else for that matter needs an Action Replay code just to get through a couple of measly gym leaders. All you need to do is capture a Pokemon that they are weak against, and then level it up a lot so that you can easily defeat your opponent. If you do not want to take the time to train your Pokmeon, then you can always use an Action Replay code to get a level 100 Pokemon. Hope this helps.

I'm sorry to say this, but making an Action Replay code that gives you all 8 gym badges seems impossible, and nevertheless pointless. If you are having trouble on a gym, try catching Pokemon they are weak against. Then, level them up high so you have an easier defeat.
