Question for Pokemon Diamond

Hi, this is my first time.. So here goes..
I wanted to know why I can't hook my action replay to my computer, beacause I hook it up and it doesn't work... Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I don't know.. Well thanks for your time.

Do you have everything that comes in the package when you first buy the Action Replay DS? What I am trying to ask is, do you have the USB cable that comes with the Action Replay, and that small, red, disk that comes along with it as well? I'm asking you this because if you do have the two of those things, then you should be able to install the Action Replay code manager no problem. Make sure that the disk is not scratched up, and that all of your cords are not broken, or unplugged. When you insert the disk, you should be able to look on the guide in order to install it. Try a video tutorial video on Youtube.com as well, they help a lot.
