where can i catch lumineon?

All you have to do is find the man on the island who wants a Magicarp, (Depending on what game you have) and he will trade you his Finneon for a Magicarp, and since magicarp can be fished out of almost anywhere with any type of rod, all you have to do is trade it to him. Then you have to level up the Finneon to level 31 and you have the Pokemon you need. (You have to beat the elite four and fill in the first dex though, so this cheat won't help if you need to fill your pokedex.)

You can catch a Lumineon in several different fishing areas in Pokemon Diamond. Its just a matter of if you know where exactly to look for a Lumineon. You can catch a Lumineon on route 218, route 219, route 220, and route 221 if you fish with a SuperRod. You can also catch a Lumineon in pretty much any body of water such as lakes, ponds, the ocean, or any water in town. All you have to do is get the Super Rod which can be found on the Battles Island after you defeat the Elite Four, and then you have a chance to catch a Lumineon. There is another way to get one though. If you catch or get traded a Finneon, Lumineon's first form and then level him up to level 31, then he will evolve into Lumineon. Hope this helps.

Well, first of get the Super Rod which can be located outside of the Battle Tower entrance. If you have the Super Rod you can normally catch them in any body of water. You can also Level a Finneon (If you have one) to level 31, I think it is, then it will evolve into a Lumineon.

There are quite a few places to find a Lumineon. You have to use a Super Rod to catch them. You can get the Super Rod from a fisherman in the Fight Area. When you have the Super Rod, you can find them at Routes 205, 218, 219, 220, and 221 using the Super Rod. There's one other way to get Lumineon. You can find and catch a Finneon, Lumineon's pre-evolved form. Train it to level 31, and it will evolve to Lumineon.

It's alot easier to catch a finneon in my opinion. Finneon is found with a good rod just outside the valley windworks power plant. Fish on the water off the bridge. You should find one there.
