Yes, that's right, there are actually 92 TMS scattered throughout the Sinnoh Region and to make a list of all of them would be way to huge. In order to catch Arceus you must do either one of three things. The first way that you can get Arceus is to go visit the place where a Nintendo Event is being held and using the mystery gift option, receive the Azure Flute as a gift. When you have the Azure Flute, go back to the top of Mount. Coronet where Dialga was, and Arceus will appear. The second way for you to get the Azure Flute is for you to cheat and use an Action Replay cheating device, or a gameshark. Using a cheat code, you can get the Azure Flute and go capture Arceus. Another way to get Arceus is to simply trade with someone that has an Arceus.


No, that is a rumor, and a stupid one at that. In order to get Darkrai, you must first get the Membership pass from a Nintendo Event, and then use it to go inside the locked Hotel in Canalave City. Darkrai has nothing to do with the battle tower.

Ok. There's 3 different things you can do to catch Arceus. Your first bet is to use an Action Replay and get the Arceus Event Code (I will not provide it sorry). When you've gotten it, go to a pokemart. You should see a guy in a green suit. Talk to him, and he will give you an item called an Azure Flute. Now that you've gotten the item, head for the top of Mt. Coronet, where you got to catch Dialga. Once up there, you will get a confermation to play the Azure Flute. Select 'yes'. The flute will start playing. When it's finished playing, a set of stairs will appear. That set of stairs is what's called the Path of Origin. Go up it, and you will encounter Arceus. But watch out. Arceus is at level 80! He is the strongest legendary you will ever encounter. The second way to get Arceus is to go to a Nintendo Event, which are held every so often. The third way is to trade with someone who's done so.

Alright, now to answer your third question. The person who told you that lied. You cannot get Darkrai when you complete all 100 battles. There are 3 ways to get Darkrai. The first, and easiest way, is to use the Darkrai event code (will not provide it sorry). When you get it, go to Canalave City. You may remember the locked building in the northern part of the city. When you get the item for the event to trigger, which is called the Member's Card (you can get it from a guy in a green suit in any pokemart after using the code), the locked building is now unlocked for you to go inside. Once inside, a guy will escort you to a bed, you will enter a nightmare. The place you enter is called New Moon Island, which is where you can face and catch Darkrai. Darkrai is at level 40. But watch out for his ability, Nightmare. You will lose health constantly if you are put to sleep. The other 2 ways are the same as the last 2 ways to get Arceus.
