You can catch cranidos under ground. You can't really catch him, you have to dig and when you find a skull fossil return to the surface and go to Oreburgh City. When you get there go to the Building in the north-east part of the city. There will be a professor that will revive the Pokemon, you will have to leave the building. Go about 1000 to 3000 steps and then go back and the professor will have your cranidos.

Also Pokemon 147 and 148 can be found in Mt. Coronet.

I can't really help you with this one. But go to either the Pokedex here, or the Sinnoh Pokedex at serebii.net. Those two will be able to help you on the numbered pokemon. To catch Cranidos, you have to find it's fossil underground. When found, go to the Oreburgh Mining Museum in the far northeast of Oreburgh City. Talk to the man behind the counter. He will revive any fossil. When the fossil is given to him, he will tell you to wait a while. Just step outside the building then go right back in. He'll tell you that he's revived the fossil. To get the Cranidos, you have to have one open spot in your party.

I am sorry to say that you cannot catch a Cranidos anywhere in the game. All of the Cranidos Pokemon in the game have gone and died. If you wish to obtain a Cranidos so that you can add it to your party then you will have use your Explorer Kit and go to the Sinnoh Underground. Once you are in the Sinnoh Underground look for items in the walls by tapping on the bottom screen with your index finger. If you see a yellow light, go click on it, this will make your character start digging for items. If you are lucky, then one of the items that you will receive from digging will be a fossil. Take the Fossil to the Rock Museum in Oreburgh City to get it revived.
