3 question
I hav 4 question,
1st:does the power herb helpwith the move sky attack like it does for solarbeam
2nd:at the Pokemon mansion,there are doors further that is out of bound,is there any way to enter it
3rd:how much % does these item boost if they are eqquipped onto the Pokemon,types of plates and expert belt
4th:how much hp in % is increased if the black sludge is eqquipped onto a poison pokemon

Yes, The Powerherb does in fact work with the Move Sky Attack. It works with the move Hyper Beam, it works with the move Dig, it works with the move Fly, and it also works with all the moves that attack on the second turn. So as you can see here, the Power Herb has a lot more uses than you probably thought it did. I know what doors you are talking about. You are referring to the doors that are being blocked by the women who work there, correct? Well unfortunately there is no way to unblock the door(s) as there is really nothing behind the door. At least, it's nothing important. If we really needed to go back there, then Game Freak company would have made it so that we could go back there. I do not think that you can really tell, all you know is that they increase that certain type of Pokemon's attack. Like I said above, you cannot really know, all we know is that their HP/Attack has been increased.
