Sunyshore City

In order to get into Sunyshore City you need to have all Seven Gym badges. After you get those Gym Badges you should see a man outside of Pastoria City restaurant telling you that the people in Sunyshore City recently had a black out. What you need to do is meet with Professor Rowan if you have not already done so, and then you will have to visit the three great lakes. You will have to visit the lake near your home town, the lake near Snowpoint City, and the lake near Pastoria City. Upon arriving at each one of the lakes, you should see team galactic members at each lake, destroy them all. After you defeat all the members of team Galactic at each lake you then need to head toward their base in Veilstone City and do the same thing. After you wipe out the members in the base then head into Mount. Coronet via the entrance west of Hearthome City. Make you are way to the top of the mountain, defeat Cyrus, catch Dialga, and then you can go into Sunyshore City.

You do have to have all seven badges and you have to defeat team galaca at there hq base. You dont go to sunyshores until after you catch dialgo.
