You must transfer them from either Sapphire, Ruby, or Emerald where you catch them in their respective caves after you complete the sealed chamber stuff. You can only get one per game so you should excersie caution before transfering them because once their gone from you generation III game their gone for good. Also make sure once you have gotten the three you always trade themto a different game before you start a new game so you don not erase them seeing as it is very annoying to have to restart your Sapphire, Ruby, or Emerald game, beat it, then catch the Regis all over again (I am speaking from experience).

There are several different ways that you can go about getting the three Regi legendary Pokemon, RegiIce, Registeel, and Regirock. The first way that you can obtain the Regi Pokemon is by making a trip out to the nearest video game store and buying something called the Action Replay DS device. After you buy the Action Replay DS, you can look online for a cheat code that will give you all three of the Regi legendary Pokemon. Another way that you can get the Three Regi Pokemon is by playing Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon ruby, or Pokemon Sapphire, and catching the three Regi's on that game. After you capture them on that game, migrate them over to Pokemon Diamond or Pokemon Pearl. You could also just trade with someone has all three of the Regi Pokemon. When you fight Regigigas, make sure that all three of the Regi Pokemon are in your party.
